Teaching: Tools and Modules for Teaching CA&R. Training adults in Conflict Resolution techniques.
Current state of education in CA&R. Challenges in creating CA&R curriculum.
Consulting: Market for CA&R consulting. Frameworks for establishing a consulting practice. Innovative
structures and programs.
Mediating: Where has mediation taken hold, where is it just beginning, where is it lacking? Innovation in
mediation. Developing a mediation practice or joining a mediation organization.
