College professors have often been stereotyped as being liberal-minded. However, new information suggests that modern-day college professors are mostly moderates. The research was done by George Mason University professor Solon Simmons, who surveyed 1,417 full time teachers. The survey was one hundred questions in length and was given to teachers at four-year universities and two-year community colleges.
