Please join S-CAR in welcoming a panel to discuss youth leadership and civil rights in the 21st Century. Speakers from various organizations will be represented including Communities without Boundaries International, Youth Action Youth-Build, and will be discussing their work and projects. The event will explore the emerging voices and issues in civil rights today, and the role that youth leadership has played.
