Biography

Jane did both her undergraduate and graduate work at the University of Missouri - Columbia where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with Honors with degrees in Secondary Social Studies Education and Curriculum and Instruction.  She serves as an adivor for the undergraduate program and provides administrative support for various projects within the School for Conflict Analysis and Resolution.  Jane has worked in student services with S-CAR since 2008.  She teaches CONF 190, an advisory seminar for undergraduate students which focuses on academic planning for conflict majors, applications of the degree, and career readiness. Prior to her time with S-CAR, Jane lived in Missouri and taught high school for 5 years before staying at home to raise a family and serve as an active community participant and volunteer.  She and her family moved to the DC area in 2000.
