Jay Moon
Jay Moon serves as Director of Operations for the School for Conflict Analysis and Resolution, where he is also a PhD candidate. His research seeks to articulate and understand how systems of racism and privilege are reinforced through everyday speech. His dissertation explores methods of acknowledging and exploring intentional and unintentional prejudice and reliance on stereotypes in ways that can transform, sustain, and deepen conversations about race, racism, and privilege in the United States.
Jay holds a Masters of Science in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University and received a B.A. in Philosophy from Florida State University.
