One and a half billion people today live either in conflict or suffering the consequences of violence. The new World Bank report on impact of violence on development is noted that in the XXI century conflicts occur, usually within the country. And, more than 90% of the civil wars of the early zero were a continuation of conflicts that occurred during the previous 30 years.
The report does not only trace the relationship of conflict with poverty and unemployment, but also to generalize the experience of countries that have managed to stand firm "on a peaceful track.
