Dina Rubey is the Graduate Certificate Program Assistant and a first-year MS student at the School for Conflict Analysis and Resolution.
As an undergraduate she initiated a program that sustains undergraduate service learning opportunities in post-conflict northern Ghana in collaboration with Wyatt MacGaffey, J.R. Dina received the Creative Connections Partner Teacher of Merit award in 2012 and 2013; she later taught at the immersion-based International School of Louisiana, where she was named a "highly effective teacher."
Dina completed new media training at Al Jazeera headquarters in Qatar in April 2010 as a Soliya Network Fellow and is published in various NewBay Media publications and international non-profit newsletters. She holds a conservatory degree in dramatic arts and awards from Slamdance Film Festival, the National Foundation for Advancement in the Arts, and others.
