Board of Directors, Envision Peace Museum

In 2009, Dr. Dwyer joined the Board of Directors of the new Envision Peace Museum in Philadelphia. The museum (www.envisionpeacemuseum.org), which is currently in the strategic planning stage, will serve as an international resource on conflict transformation, nonviolent social action, and peace-building. Dr. Dwyer's work on the museum's Content Committee is directed towards the creative imagining of how to transform academic theories of conflict transformation into compelling public narratives and spaces where citizens can share their hopes and strategies for peace-building.
